The brief was set by local store owners that stocked a variety of stationery and specialising in Pens.

Originally named ‘The Pen and Paper Shop’. Both owners had decided that a rebrand and new marketing strategy was imperative due to the downturn of the economy throughout the recession. Originally the store attracted a variety of age specific groups, however both owners felt a more direct approach to the younger market (mainly students) was necessary.
